-We use custom bubble mailers, polymailers, shipping boxes and gift boxes to package and ship our retail products. -We use USPS shipping boxes for wholesale orders only.

-It usually takes Paypal minutes to process any payments. Once your order is placed and your payment is clear, we will send you an email confirmation.

If an order was placed Monday-Friday before 5PM Central Time excluding weekends and holidays, then it will begin processing that day & even shipped
either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5PM, will begin processing the next business day. However, any orders placed on weekends and
holidays will be processed and shipped during regular business hours.

-Wholesale orders processing time 1-3 weeks or 7-21 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

-All orders are shipped in the order they are received.

-Once your package is shipped, we will email you your tracking number.

-USPS, UPS and/or FEDEX are our mail carriers. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail 2-3 business days.

-If you want your package sooner, please select EXPRESS. A shipping fee and taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.

-We expect USPS, UPS and FEDEX to handle your package with care. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, open or delayed packages. Listen carefully, if your package is delayed, lost, damaged or open with missing/incorrect item when received, do not use the item till further notice from USPS, UPS or FEDEX-Safety first. Notify us immediately and call your local USPS, UPS or FEDEX to resolve the problem.
